Hi my name is Kay Costa, I have been a Massage Therapist in Brentwood since 2007... I am honored to have been awarded Best of Brentwood for several years in row and Best of Discovery Bay..
Massage is a very personal experience and can be very vulnerable and extremely emotional so understanding my clients feelings, not placing judgment, communicating and being compassionate is extremely important to me.
My friends ask me time and time again "how can you be so happy and positive all the time?" I’m a happy person. It's good energy. I love people. I don't judge. I listen and respect them. I give clients a honest evaluation and a honest massage.
Over the last several years I have committed to my clients a very personal relationship, I have had people tell me for years that I am very welcoming and extremely easy to talk to, and that I make them feel as if they have known me for years. That is a gift. It is important that my clients trust me and feel safe. I want them to know I have their back! Literally!!
I am very passionate about my work, I've been known to give a 3 hour massages for the price of an hour because I love what I do, and yes, if you ask for deep, it's DEEP where needed! I can be very generous. I run on my own time, it’s not the typical 50 minutes and your out kind of deal. (unless needed) Therefore, I’m not your typical massage therapist.
I deal primarily with chronic and acute pain, specializing in chronic low back, sciatic, migraines, joint relief, increase range of motion, head, neck and shoulder pain, tension, stress and depression.
Whether it’s for a well seasoned client or a client for the first time, I give 110% to try and make them feel it was the best massage they have ever had.
